小儿咳喘灵口服液联合穴位贴敷对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿血清炎症因子及肺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿咳喘灵口服液联合穴位贴敷对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患儿血清炎症因子及肺功能的影响。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年8月上海市第七人民医院收治的102例CVA患儿作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各51例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组加用小儿咳喘灵口服液联合穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状积分、血清炎症因子、肺功能及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组咳嗽、咳痰、咽痒、气急症状评分、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平低于对照组,第1s用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV_(1)/FVC、呼气峰流速(PEF)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿咳喘灵口服液联合穴位贴敷可以增强CVA治疗效果,加快咳嗽等症状消退,减轻患儿炎症水平,提高肺功能,安全有效。Objective:To investigate the effects of pediatric Kechuanling oral solution combined with acupoint application on serum inflammatory factors and lung function in children with cough variant asthma(CVA).Method:102 children with CVA admitted to the pediatrics control group and observation group Shanghai Seventh People's Hospital from April 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group using a random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received a combination of pediatric cough and asthma oral solution and acupoint application.Ttreatment effects,symptom scores,serum inflammatory factors,lung function,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of cough,phlegm,pharyngeal itch,gasp,interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-5(IL-5)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in observation group were lower than those in control group.Forced expiratory volume(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV_(1)/FVC and peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)in the first second were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the comparison incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Xiao'er Kechuanling oral liguid and acupoint application can enhance the therapeutic effect of CVA,accelerate the resolution of cough and other symptoms,reduce inflammation levels,improve lung function,and is safe and effective.
