喉咽清颗粒对全麻气管插管患者术后咽喉疼痛治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:讨论喉咽清颗粒对全麻气管插管患者术后咽喉疼痛治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2023年3月武汉市江夏区第一人民医院收治的120例行全麻气管插管术且术后出现咽喉疼痛患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组采用雾化吸入布地奈德+乙酰半胱氨酸治疗,观察组采用雾化吸入布地奈德+乙酰半胱氨酸联合喉咽清颗粒口服治疗。采用数字评分法(NRS)分别记录两组10 min、30 min、6 h及24 h咽喉疼痛的情况,以及生命体征恶心、腹痛腹泻和呕吐等不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组10 min、30 min、6 h及24 h的NRS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心率、动脉压及呼吸频率均低于对照组,而血氧饱和度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组咽痛、咽干、咽痒、咳嗽、咳痰等中医证候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组恶心、腹痛腹泻和呕吐等不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:喉咽清颗粒能进一步缓解气管插管全麻患者术后的咽喉疼痛情况,稳定患者生命体征,在治疗咽痛、咽干、咽痒、咳嗽、咳痰等方面效果明显,且不会增加恶心、腹痛腹泻和呕吐等药物不良反应发生,使用具有安全性。Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Houyanqing granules on the treatment of postoperative pharyngeal pain in patients undergoing general anesthesia and tracheal intubation.Method:A total of 120 patients who underwent tracheal intubation under general anesthesia and experienced postoperative throat pain in the First People's Hospital of Jiangxia,Wuhan City District from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide and acetylcysteine by aerosol inhalation,while the observation group was treated with budesonide and acetylcysteine by aerosol inhalation and Houyanqing granules.NRS was used to record throat pain at 10 min,30 min,6 h and 24 h,as well as vital signs and adverse reactions such as nausea,abdominal pain,diarrhea and vomiting.Result:NRS scores at 10 min,30 min,6 h and 24 h in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The heart rate,arterial pressure and respiratory rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the blood oxygen saturation was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome such as sore throat,dry throat,itching throat,cough and expectoration in observation group were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the the comparison of occurrence of adverse reactions such as nausea,abdominal pain,diarrhea and vomiting between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Houyan qing granules can further relieve the throat pain and stabilize the vital signs of patients after the operation of tracheal intubation and general anesthesia,and have obvious effects in the treatment of sore throat,dry throat,itching throat,cough,expectoration,etc.,and will not increase the occ
