温经通脉壮骨汤加减配合温针灸治疗对神经根型颈椎病患者颈椎活动度及功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析温经通脉壮骨汤加减配合温针灸对神经根型颈椎病(CSR)患者的影响。方法:选取2023年4月—2024年6月贵州中医药大学第一附属医院收治的60例CSR患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组观察组,每组各30例。对照组行常规西医治疗。观察组加以温经通脉壮骨汤加减配合温针灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、颈椎活动度、颈椎功能、生活质量。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)及颈椎残障指数(NDI)评分低于对照组,各颈椎活动度高于对照组,生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温经通脉壮骨汤加减配合温针灸可有效的缓解CSR患者疼痛,提高颈椎活动度,恢复颈椎功能,改善生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of warm acupuncture on patients with cervical spondylosis(CSR).Method:60 CSR patients admitted to the First Affiliated hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group treated warm meridian and strong bone soup with warm acupuncture.Clinical efficacy,pain level,cervical mobility,cervical function,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score and cervical disability index(NDI)score were lower than those in the control group,the range of motion of each cervical spine was higher than that the control group,the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)score was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm and acupuncture can effectively relieve the pain of CSR patients,improve cervical mobility,restore cervical function and improve the quality of life.
