切脉针灸联合穴位注射治疗耳鸣耳聋的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探究切脉针灸联合穴位注射治疗耳鸣耳聋的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2024年1月武威市中医医院收治的80例耳聋耳鸣患者作为研究对象,应用随机数表法将其分为对照组(接受穴位注射治疗)及观察组(接受切脉针灸联合穴位注射治疗),每组各40例。比较两组临床疗效、电测听值、耳鸣致残量表(THI)评分、耳鸣评价量表(TEQ)评分、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)水平、血液流变学(血浆黏度、血小板聚集率、血细胞压积)。结果:观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组电测听值、THI评分、TEQ评分、血浆黏度、血小板聚集率、血细胞压积均降低,观察组低于对照组,SOD、NO水平均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳聋耳鸣患者接受切脉针灸联合穴位注射治疗,可改善血液流变学,提高SOD、NO水平,缓解耳聋耳鸣症状。Objective:To explore the effect of pulse acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint injection on tinnitus and deafness.Method:80 patients with deafness and tinnitus admitted to Wuwei Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into a control group(receiving acupoint injection treatment)and an observation group(receiving pulse acupuncture and moxibustion combined with acupoint injection treatment),with 40 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,electrometric hearing value,tinnitus handicap inventory(THI)score,tinnitus evaluation question aire(TEQ)score,superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide(NO)levels and hemorheology(plasma viscosity,platelet aggregation rate,hematocrit)of the two groups were compared.Result:The treatment effectiveness rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the electrical audiometry,THI score,TEQ score,plasma viscosity,platelet aggregation rate,and hematocrit of both groups decreased.The observation group was lower than the control group.SOD and NO increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Deafness and tinnitus patients receiving pulse acupuncture and moxibustion combined with point injection can improve blood rheology,increase SOD and NO,and alleviate the symptoms of deafness and tinnitus.
