热敏灸联合牵正散合温胆汤对面神经炎急性期患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨热敏灸联合牵正散合温胆汤在面神经炎急性期患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年12月安顺市中医院收治的98例盆面神经炎急性期患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各49例。给予对照组西医常规疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上加用热敏灸联合牵正散合温胆汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、面神经功能分级以及神经肌电图差异。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分、面神经功能分级量表(H-B)评分、瞬目反射(BR)潜伏期、复合肌肉动作电位(CMAP)波幅均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热敏灸联合牵正散合温胆汤治疗面神经炎急性期患者能显著提高临床治疗效果,改善患者的面神经功能和神经肌电图指标,增强患者的躯体功能和社会功能。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with Qianzheng Power and Wendan Decoction in acute stage of facial neuritis and its influence on neuromyography and facial nerve function.Method:98 patients with acute stage of pelvic neuritis admitted to Anshun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicinefrom June 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups with 49 cases each by using random number table method.The control group was given conventional Western medicine therapy,while the observation group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with Qianzheng Power and Wendan Decoction on the basis of the control group.And the differences in clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,facial nerve function grade and neuromyography between the two groups were compared.Result:The total clinical effectiveness of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome House-Brackmann(H-B)score,Blink Reflex(BR)latency and Compound Muscle Action Potental(CMAP)amplitude were significantly decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heat sensitive moxibustion combined with Qianzheng Power and Wendan Decoction can significantly improve the clinical therapeutic effect,improve the facial nerve function and EMG index,and enhance the physical and social function of patients with acute stage of facial neuritis.
