黄芪桂枝五物汤加减联合电针治疗对脊髓损伤恢复期患者运动功能、感觉功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤加减联合电针治疗在脊髓损伤恢复期患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年3月—2024年3月贵州中医药大学第一附属医院收治的60例脊髓损伤恢复期患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组行悬吊训练治疗,观察组加用黄芪桂枝五物汤加减联合电针治疗,持续8周。比较两组运动功能、感觉功能、中医证候积分、日常生活能力、平衡能力及生活质量。结果:治疗后,观察组脊髓损伤神经功能评定标准(ASIA)中运动、感觉功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组肢体不遂、大小便不调、肢体麻木、伤处肿痛积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组BI评分、BBS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪桂枝五物汤加减联合电针治疗可加快脊髓损伤患者运动及感觉功能恢复,减轻日常生活受限,改善机体平衡障碍,提高生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture in patients with spinal cord injury.Method:60 patients with spinal cord injury(SCI)admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Chinese Medicine from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with suspension training,while the observation group was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decotion decoction and electroacupuncture for 8 weeks.Motor function,sensory function,TCM syndrome points,daily living ability,balance ability,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the motor and sensory function scores of American Spinal Injury Association(ASIA)in the observation group were higher than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment the scores of limb paralysis,urination and defecation points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,BI scores and BBS scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of motor and sensory function recovery,reduce the limitation of daily life,improve the body balance disorder,and improve the quality of life.
