摘 要:脓毒症相关性急性肾损伤(SA-AKI)以其显著的高发病率和高病死率为特征,急需深入探讨其有效应对策略,以促进该领域研究与实践的进展。目前,临床上对SA-AKI诊断及相关治疗认识仍显不足,这使得大部分患者就诊时已发展为急性肾损伤(AKI),从而导致预后不佳。因此,早期识别SA-AKI对于实施针对性的治疗和改善患者的预后显得尤为重要。文章将重点对SA-AKI的病理生理机制、早期新型生物标志物及相应治疗方案进行综述,期望能为临床研究提供有益的参考。Sepsis associated acute kidney injury(SA-AKI)is characterized by significantly high morbidity and mortality,and it is urgent to further explore effective strategies to promote the progress of research and practice in this field.At present,the clinical understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of SA-AKI is still insufficient,which makes most patients have developed acute kidney injury(AKI)at the time of treatment,leading to poor prognosis.Therefore,early identification of SA-AKI is particularly important for implementing targeted treatment and improving patient outcomes.This article will focus on the pathophysiological mechanism,early novel biomarkers and corresponding treatment of SA-AKI,hoping to provide a useful reference for clinical research.
