摘  要:某电解铝企业选取30组阳极使用钢铝直接焊接技术进行了导杆焊接,从使用效果及成本两个方面与传统焊接方式进行了对比分析,得出钢铝直接焊接技术可有效规避传统焊接带来的焊接质量不稳定、焊接成本偏高、焊接效率较低、人员健康安全等问题,真正做到了降耗增效、节约成本、减少员工劳动强度、保证员工职业健康。A certain electrolytic aluminum enterprise selected 30 sets of anodes and used steel aluminum direct welding technology for guide rod welding.A comparative analysis was conducted between steel aluminum direct welding technology and traditional welding methods in terms of usage effect and cost.It was found that steel aluminum direct welding technology can effectively avoid the problems of unstable welding quality,high welding cost,low welding efficiency,and personnel health and safety caused by traditional welding,truly achieving consumption reduction and efficiency increase,cost saving,reducing employee labor intensity,and ensuring employee occupational health.
