摘　　要：本文介绍了几种典型的从邻近氧化铝厂(或氧化铝仓库)到电解铝厂的氧化铝运送方式,以某50万吨大型电解铝企业氧化铝运送系统为例,结合目前主要氧化铝运送方式及企业自身实际,对该电解铝企业的氧化铝运送方案进行了比选。根据比选情况,氧化铝圆管带式输送机运送效率高、人工成本低,相应的生产成本较低,该比选和研究结果为电解铝企业的氧化铝运送系统的确定提供了比较重要的借鉴,为我国电解铝工业的节能降碳提供了有益的参考。This article introduces several typical alumina transportation methods from neighboring alumina factories (or alumina warehouses) to electrolytic aluminum factories.Taking the alumina transportation system of a 500kt large-scale electrolytic aluminum enterprise as an example,combined with the current main alumina transportation methods and the actual situation of the enterprise,the alumina transportation plans of the electrolytic aluminum enterprise are compared and selected.From the actual operation of this transportation,it can be seen that the alumina tube belt conveyor has high transportation efficiency,low labor costs,corresponding production costs are reduced,and the operation effect is good.This provides an important reference for the determination of the aluminum oxide transportation system in electrolytic aluminum enterprises.
