摘  要:在环境保护和节能要求越来越高的今天,对铜电解过程中阳极保温与防氧化是一个非常重要的问题。本文阐述了阳极绝缘的概念,阐述了阳极绝缘对节能减排,提高电解效率,提高产品质量,延长设备使用寿命等的意义。针对现有技术中隔热效果差、氧化现象严重以及技术瓶颈等问题,从保温技术优化、防氧化手段强化及技术革新三个方面进行研究。为促进我国铜电解业的可持续发展,达到经济和环保的目的。In today's environmental protection and energy saving requirements are getting higher and higher,the anode insulation and oxidation prevention in the process of copper electrolysis is a very important issue.This paper describes the concept of anode insulation,and expounds the significance of anode insulation for energy saving and emission reduction,improving electrolytic efficiency,improving product quality and extending equipment service life.In view of the problems of poor thermal insulation effect,serious oxidation phenomenon and technical bottleneck in the prior art,the optimization of thermal insulation technology,strengthening of anti-oxidation means and technical innovation are studied.In order to promote the sustainable development of our country's copper electrolysis industry,to achieve the purpose of economic and environmental protection.
