摘　　要：硫酸区是利用火法铜冶炼工艺的高温烟气制取硫酸的各子项统称,主要包括净化工段、干吸工段、转化工段、尾气脱硫、脱硝工段、酸库、废酸处理工段、尾气烟囱等。本文结合阳新弘盛40万t高纯阴极铜清洁生产工厂建设情况,通过双闪工艺制酸项目的建设实践,从技术管理和现场组织协调两大方面总结了一些经验,供以后类似项目借鉴。The sulfuric acid area is the collective name for all sub-items that use high temperature flue gas from pyrometallurgical copper smelting process.It includes the purification section,the dry suction section,the conversion section,the tail gas desulfurization,the denitrification section,the acid house,waste acid treatment section,tail gas chimney,and so on.Experience are summarized from the aspects of technical management,organization and coordination on site for the reference to the similar projects in the future by combining the construction situation of Yangxin Hongsheng 400,000 tons high-purity cathode copper clean production plant,and the construction practice of double-flash process acid production project in this article.
