摘 要:球磨机的矿石研磨过程是一道非常重要的工序,实现磨矿过程优化控制,稳定产品质量,降低研磨过程中的能量消耗、钢球消耗,对提高企业经济效益都具有重要的现实意义。球磨机存在弱非线性和大滞后等特性,受下料粒级分布,矿石硬度变化和钢球磨损等干扰影响,实现球磨机优化控制比较困难。智能矿磨APC系统是在对现有的工艺控制进行改造的基础上,应用先进控制技术来克服生产过程中的各种参数耦合带来的超调、滞调和波动,使生产工艺的产品控制品质得到提高。增强了生产装置抗干扰能力,提高装置生产的平稳性,降低员工劳动强度,做到“卡边”优化操作、节能降耗、提高产品收率,提高企业的经济效益。The grinding process of the ball mill is a very important step to realize the optimal control of the grinding process,to stabilize the product quality,and to reduce the energy consumption and the consumption of steel balls in the grinding process,the ball mill has the characteristics of weak non-linearity and big lag,which is influenced by the distribution of the size of the cutting stock,the change of the hardness of the ore and the wear of the steel ball,it is difficult to realize the optimal control of ball mill.The APC system of intelligent ore grinding is based on the transformation of the existing process control and the application of advanced control technology to overcome the overshoot,lag and fluctuation caused by the coupling of various parameters in the production process,the product control quality of the production process is improved.The anti-interference ability of the production unit is strengthened,the stability of the production unit is improved,the Labor intensity of the staff is reduced,the operation of “Sticking edge”is optimized,the energy is saved and consumption is reduced,the product yield is increased and the economic benefit of the enterprise is increased.
