摘 要:目前铝箔的主要生产方式为轧制生产,采用高精度的铝箔轧机将铝箔坯料,经过多道次的轧制,使得厚度逐渐减薄至5~10μ。铝箔轧机目前主要采用的润滑冷却方式为全油润滑,轧制油在轧制过程中承担润滑、冷却及清洗作用。当铝箔表面或局部带油较多时,容易增加出现油污、油斑、除油不净、粘连等缺陷的几率。控制铝箔表面的带油情况对整体的产品质量问题有着重要的作用。At present,the main production method of aluminum foil is rolling production,which uses high-precision aluminum foil rolling mills to roll the aluminum foil billet through multiple passes,gradually reducing the thickness to 5~10μm.The main lubrication and cooling method currently used by aluminum foil rolling mills is full oil lubrication,and rolling oil plays a role in lubrication,cooling,and cleaning during the rolling process.When there is a lot of oil on the surface or local area of aluminum foil,it is easy to increase the probability of defects such as oil stains,oil spots,incomplete oil removal,and adhesion.Controlling the oil on the surface of aluminum foil plays an important role in overall product quality issues.
