摘  要:对江西某钠长石化花岗岩型钽铌矿进行粗选浮选细度、浓度、开路、闭路、粗精矿精选及尾矿综合回收试验研究。结果表明,通过浮选工艺方案可得到对原矿产率为0.063%,Ta_(2)O_(5)品位9.17%,回收率49.55%,Nb_(2)O_(5)品位18.48%,回收率56.48%的钽铌精矿,尾矿经综合回收试验可得到对原矿产率8.95%,Li_(2)O品位2.31%、Rb_(2)O品位0.68%的锂铷精矿及对原矿产率为82.12%的石英-长石精矿,此为后续矿山生产或同类型钽铌矿石选矿工艺的选择提供了参考。An experimental investigation was performed on the rough flotation fineness,concentration,open circuit,closed circuit,rough concentrate beneficiation,and comprehensive recovery of tailings for a sodium-feldspar granite-type tantalum-niobium deposit in Jiangxi Province.The results indicate that through the flotation process,a tantalum-niobium concentrate can be obtained with a concentration of 0.063% in the raw ore,a Ta_(2)O_(5) grade of 9.17% with a recovery rate of 49.55%,and an Nb_(2)O_(5) grade of 18.48% with a recovery rate of 56.48%,Lithium-rubidium concentrate with a Li_(2)O grade of 2.31% and a Rb_(2)O grade of 0.68%,and quartz-feldspar concentrate with a recovery rate of 82.12% from the original ore.This provides a valuable reference for the selection of subsequent mining operations or beneficiation processes for similar types of tantalum-niobium ore.
