摘  要:生产七水硫酸锌,多是采用含锌物料酸性浸出、净化、浓缩、降温结晶、干燥等工艺过程。传统生产工艺生产硫酸锌,降温结晶时间长,夏季生产七水硫酸锌容易结块,影响客户使用。对于以上的问题,根据七水硫酸锌的热力学、晶体生长工艺等理论分析资料,进行实验。总结出影响七水硫酸锌降温结晶的影响因素:确定结晶的起始浓度、降温结晶的降温速率、搅拌速率、晶种的加入等工艺参数,从而优化七水硫酸锌结晶的工艺参数。The production of heptahydrate zinc sulfate often involves processes such as acid leaching,purification,concentration,cooling crystallization,and drying of zinc containing materials.The traditional production process for producing zinc sulfate has a long cooling crystallization time,and the production of heptahydrate zinc sulfate in summer is prone to clumping,which affects customer use.For the above issues,experiments were conducted based on theoretical analysis data such as thermodynamics and crystal growth process of heptahydrate zinc sulfate.Summarize the influencing factors on the cooling crystallization of heptahydrate zinc sulfate,including determining the initial concentration of crystallization,cooling rate of cooling crystallization,stirring rate,and addition of crystal seeds,in order to optimize the process parameters of heptahydrate zinc sulfate crystallization.
