摘　　要：某矿山-910m南西翼50~58线岩层通过地质资料可知呈45°东西走向,铜陵有色金属集团铜冠矿山建设股份有限公司在此利用天井钻机施工-910m南西翼50-2/58-1矿石溜井时均遇到因大倾角岩层出现导孔偏斜(实际偏斜率2%~3%>允偏1%)无法接刀盘继续反扩难题。为克服上述难题,我们公司采用天井钻机反向立机新技术,导孔钻头精准穿过大倾角岩层贯通至底部扩孔刀盘硐室,顺利接上刀盘反扩施工。According to geological data,the rock strata on the 50-58 line of the 910m southwest wing of a certain mine are known to have a 45° east-west orientation.Copper Crown Mining Construction Co.,Ltd.of Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group encountered difficulties in continuing the reverse expansion of the cutterhead during the construction of the 50-2/58-1 ore chute on the 910m southwest wing using a raise boring machine due to the deviation of the guide hole caused by the large angle rock strata (actual deviation rate of 2%~3%>allowable deviation of 1%).To overcome the above difficulties,our company adopts a new technology of reverse vertical drilling with a raise boring machine.The guide hole drill bit accurately passes through the steeply inclined rock layer and penetrates to the bottom expansion cutterhead chamber,smoothly connecting to the cutterhead reverse expansion construction.
