摘  要:在科技快速发展的时代,图像处理技术成为各个领域的重要工具,尤其在纺织品检测领域,其应用范畴不断拓展。文章围绕图像处理技术在纺织品检测中的运用实践探讨了其运用原理与独特优势,包括高效处理分析纺织品的图像数据、精准提取纺织品的各项关键性能指标、实时监控纺织品的生产质量。文章聚焦于图像处理技术在纺织品生丝品质评估、纱线质量检测以及织物特性分析方面的具体应用,通过引入实际案例与详尽的数据分析,展示了图像处理技术在提升纺织品检测效率、降低检测成本、提升纺织品质量方面的显著优势。图像预处理与阈值的检测分析为纺织品检测带来了全新的技术手段,为图像处理技术在更广泛领域的应用提供了实践参考。In the era of rapid technological development,image processing technology has become an important tool in multiple fields,especially in textile testing,where its application scope continues to expand.The article focuses on the application practice of image processing technology in textile testing,exploring its principles and unique advantages,including efficient processing and analysis of textile image data,accurate extraction of key performance indicators of textiles,and real-time monitoring of textile production quality.The article focuses on the specific application of image processing technology in the evaluation of raw silk quality,yarn quality testing,and fabric characteristic analysis of textiles.By introducing practical cases and detailed data analysis,it demonstrates the significant advantages of image processing technology in improving textile testing efficiency,reducing testing costs,and enhancing textile quality.Image preprocessing and threshold detection analysis have brought new technological means to textile detection,providing practical references for the application of image processing technology in a wider range of fields.
