摘　　要：随着信息科技的高速发展,各行业与各领域都积极应用各项智能化数据,目的是提升工作质量与效率,节省人力与成本,促进行业发展。在医疗领域中,智能化病例管理属于重要方向,其能够借助各项先进技术,及时有效的记录和分析患者病例数据,并做到临床可追溯。但智能化管理也存在不足之处,人们非常担心自身的数据隐私安全。在这样的背景下,区块链技术备受关注,其能够保障医疗数据隐私,整体效果良好。本文主要评估智能化病历管理中,采用区块链技术保障医疗数据隐私的实际效果,并通过相关实例进行了深入分析与对比。With the rapid development of information technology,various industries and fields are actively applying various intelligent data to improve work quality and efficiency,save manpower and costs,and promote industry development.In the medical field,intelligent case management is an important direction.It can use advanced technologies to record and analyze patient case data timely and effectively,and achieve clinical traceability.However,intelligent management also has shortcomings,and people are very concerned about their data privacy and security.Against this backdrop,blockchain technology has attracted much attention due to its ability to safeguard medical data privacy with good overall effectiveness.This paper mainly evaluates the practical effect of using blockchain technology to protect medical data privacy in intelligent medical record management,and conducts indepth analysis and comparison through relevant examples.
