摘 要:为探究翘嘴鳜(Siniperca chuatsi)幼鱼在循环水养殖条件下的胃肠排空时间节点,以翘嘴鳜幼鱼为试验对象,采用一次性饱食投喂法,连续24 h采集翘嘴鳜幼鱼胃、肠内容物。结果表明,翘嘴鳜幼鱼摄食后5 h胃内容物排出近44%,10 h排出近80%。摄食后4 h肠内容物达到峰值,22 h时基本排空。由此可得,翘嘴鳜幼鱼在循环水养殖条件下,喂食间隔为10 h,喂食次数2次/d为宜。To investigate the gastric and intestinal emptying time points of juvenile Siniperca chuatsi in a recirculating aquaculture setting,juvenile S.chuatsi were taken as the experimental subjects.The one-time satiation feeding method was adopted,and the stomach and intestinal contents of juvenile S.chuatsi were collected continuously for 24 hours.The results indicated that nearly 44%of the stomach contents were evacuated 5 hours after feeding,and nearly 80%were evacuated 10 hours after feeding.The intestinal contents peaked 4 hours after feeding and were basically emptied by 22 hours.Thus,it can be concluded that under recirculating aquaculture conditions for juvenile S.chuatsi,a feeding interval of 10 hours and a feeding frequency of 2 times per day are appropriate.
