一例鱼类细菌性败血症的病原菌及耐药性分析

摘  要:为更好地应对大宗淡水鱼养殖过程中的细菌性败血症,长期监控重庆市涪陵区两家养殖场的情况,对患病鱼和健康鱼进行临床诊断、解剖、镜检、致病细菌的分离鉴定以及耐药性试验,结果表明上述两家养殖场出现的细菌性败血症主要致病菌为气单胞菌属(Aeromonas),且进一步通过药敏试验筛选到磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶对该致病菌高度敏感。In order to better deal with bacterial septicemia in conventional freshwater fish,long-term monitoring was conducted at two aquaculture farms in Fuling District,Chongqing.Clinical diagnosis,anatomical examination,microscopic examination,pathogenic bacteria isolation and identification,as well as antibiotic susceptibility tests were performed on both diseased fish and healthy fish.The results showed that the main pathogenic bacteria in the two farms with bacterial septicemia were Aeromonas,and furthermore,the highly sensitive antibiotic to the pathogenic bacteria was identified through antibiotic susceptibility tests,namely sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim.
