摘  要:为提高优质健康虾苗生产的成功率和稳定性,并为后续养殖生产优质安全产品守住源头,结合多年的生产性尝试,于2024年3—4月进行了南美白对虾“无抗”育苗技术研究。试验采用健康育苗等综合方法,全程不使用抗生素类物剂,以美国SIS快大系种虾(350对)为亲本,28批次生产共投放种虾(♀)2240尾次,♀∶♂=1∶3.75,产幼体总量36480万尾,幼体利用率92.93%,育成P5虾苗17650万尾,平均育成率52.07%,平均产苗量7.23万尾/m 3。To enhancie the success rate and stability of high-quality,healthy seed production of the whiteleg shrimp Penaeus vannamei,and for the follow-up production of high-quality safety products,building on years of productive trials,a study on the“antibiotic-free”breeding techniques for the shrimp was conducted from March to April 2024,The comprehensive method of healthy seedling raising was adopted without the use of antibiotics in the whole process.The American SIS genetic line shrimp(350 pairs)was used as broodstock.2240 female shrimps reproduced in 28 batches of seedling production with a female to male ratio of 1∶3.75.The total production of juvenile shrimp reached 364.8 million seedlings,with a juvenile utilization rate of 92.93%.The cultivation yielded 176.5 million P5 shrimp seedlings,with an average growth rate of 52.07%and an average yield of 72300 ind./m 3.
