摘　　要：城乡融合发展是中国式现代化的必然要求。通过乡村旅游促进城乡要素平等交换、双向流动,能够推进乡村全面振兴,促进城乡共同繁荣发展。文章从城乡要素流动视角,基于“驱动力-状态-响应”的分析框架,构建了旅游驱动乡村治理的模型,借助Versim系统动力学建模软件揭示旅游驱动乡村治理的复杂内在机制。通过对驱动力子系统的主要参数进行调节,预测状态子系统和响应子系统的仿真变化,模拟6种不同驱动力情景下乡村治理水平受到各种因素共同影响的作用机制和演化趋势。研究结果表明:单要素驱动模式中创新要素的驱动效果最为明显,多要素综合驱动模式中乡村旅游驱动模式的仿真结果为最优,此模式既能有效激活城乡各要素的协同驱动力,又能规避生态环境风险,有效提升乡村治理水平。文章初步搭建了旅游驱动乡村治理的系统动力学研究框架,完善、深化了对乡村旅游通过城乡要素流动驱动乡村治理内在作用机制的研究,为乡村旅游驱动乡村治理实践提供了路径参考。Promoting the flow of urban and rural elements is key to urban-rural integrated development in Chinese modernization and is also fundamental to the achievement of comprehensive rural revitalization.The transition from rural to urban-rural China gives rise to numerous challenges for rural governance,including rural exodus,industrial vacuity,land desolation,environmental degradation,and multidimensional poverty.Rural tourism can facilitate the integration of urban and rural elements,promote the comprehensive development of rural areas,and provide a pathway for the transformation of rural governance models.This study employs a system dynamics approach to construct a system dynamics model of tourism-driven rural governance based on the perspective of promoting the flow of urban and rural elements through rural tourism.Taking Zhejiang province as an example,the study adjusts parameters to simulate the relationship between rural tourism and rural governance under different driving forces,aiming to reveal the inherent evolutionary mechanism of tourism-driven rural governance.The findings of this study demonstrate the following.1)The advancement of rural tourism enhances the level of rural governance.The development of rural tourism facilitates the flow of urban and rural elements into rural areas,engendering the formation of developmental driving forces,including capital,land,population,culture,ecology,and technology in rural governance.This,in turn,improves the political and cultural governance,economic development,livable environment,and public service levels in rural areas,thereby elevating the overall level of rural governance.2)Technological innovation plays a significant role in enhancing rural governance.Among the urban and rural element systems,technological innovation exerts the most prominent driving effect on the improvement of rural governance.Throughout the entire simulation period,technological innovation contributes to a 10%increase in the level of rural governance.3)The synergistic coordination of urban
