摘 要:为探索一种准确、简单的光伏电池I-V特性拟合方法,尝试利用两条递推曲线刻画不同类型光伏电池的输出特性。以a-Si电池为例,将短路电流点作为第一条递推曲线控制多边形的第1顶点,将最大功率点作为第3顶点。同样,将最大功率点作为第二条递推曲线控制多边形的第1顶点,将开路电压点作为第3顶点。在平行于短路电流和开路电压点连线,且经过最大功率点的直线上寻找两个控制多边形第2顶点的位置。进而,发掘出误差最小时,控制多边形第2顶点位置随厂商给定填充因子的变化规律,并基于该变化规律构建了一种a-Si电池I-V特性拟合方法。最后,对5种电池I-V特性进行递推建模,并就平均相对误差、绝对误差和均方根误差等指标,与已有的4种建模方法进行了相比,系统地论证了所提建模方法的准确性和简洁性。To explore an accurate and simple method for fitting the I-V characteristics of photovoltaic cells,two recursive curves were used to characterize the output characteristics of different types of photovoltaic cells.Taking a-Si batteries as an example,the short-circuit current point is taken as the first vertex of the first recursive curve control polygon,and the maximum power point is taken as the third vertex.Similarly,the maximum power point is taken as the first vertex of the second recursive curve control polygon,and the open circuit voltage point is taken as the third vertex.The positions of the second vertex of two control polygons on a straight line parallel to the short-circuit current and open-circuit voltage points are determined,and passing through the maximum power point.Furthermore,the variation law of the second vertex position of the control polygon with the manufacturer′s given fill factor was discovered when the error was the smallest,and a fitting method for I-V characteristics of a-Si batteries was constructed based on this variation law.Then,according to the above method,the variation pattern of the second vertex position of other types of photovoltaic cell control polygons with the fill factor given by the manufacturer was discovered.Finally,recursive modeling was conducted on the I-V characteristics of five types of batteries,and the accuracy and simplicity of the proposed modeling method were systematically demonstrated by comparing it with the existing four modeling methods in terms of average relative error,absolute error,and root mean square error.
