摘 要:XLPE同轴电缆在电力输送过程中容易产生故障缺陷,严重危害电力系统的安全运行。在分析了现有故障诊断方法局限性的基础上,提出对相位差做积分变换实现电缆故障检测的新方法。通过建立基准线提高故障缺陷的判别率,分别从首末端检测同一条电缆的故障信息,取最大跳变点局部范围内的两个反方向极值点之间距离作为故障长度。并在15 kV同轴电缆上设计多处机械磨损和热老化缺陷段,利用该方法对实际电缆进行故障诊断,实际故障中心与测量故障误差小于1%且长度误差小于1 m。实验结果表明,该方法可有效辨识电缆存在的缺陷长度和位置等特征量。XLPE coaxial cables are prone to faults and defects in the process of power transmission,seriously jeopardizing the safe operation of the power system.The limitations of the existing fault diagnosis methods are analyzed,and a new method is proposed to realize cable fault detection by doing an integral transformation on the phase difference.By establishing a baseline to improve the discrimination rate of fault defects,the fault information of the same cable is detected from the first and last ends respectively,and the distance between the two opposite-direction extreme points within the local range of the maximum jump point is taken as the fault length.Finally,multiple mechanical wears and thermal aging defective segments are designed on 15 kV coaxial cables,and the method is utilized to diagnose faults on actual cables,where the error between the actual fault center and the measured fault is less than 1%and the length error is less than 1 m.The results show that the method can effectively identify the characteristic quantities such as the length and location of the defects present in the cable.
