摘 要:为研究定-转子间运动对旋转空化器内孔空化的影响,通过模型简化,确定运动参数为定-转子间隙δ和转子转速n。通过建立几何建模,完成间隙δ及转子内孔流体域模型并进行网格无关性验证,给出内孔瞬态空化模型。以气相体积为空化表征标准数值模拟不同间隙δ下气相云图的瞬态变化,得到间隙δ对内孔空化的影响规律:间隙δ越小,气相体积越大,10 mm间隙优于15 mm和20 mm。数值模拟得到转速n对气相体积的影响规律:转速n增加,气相体积增加,3000 r/min优于2500 r/min和2000 r/min;实验中根据变频调速得到转速对纯水溶液电导率的影响规律:转速n增加,纯水溶液电导率增加,9000 r/min优于3000 r/min。为内孔式旋转空化器的结构参数优化及实际应用提供参考。In order to study the influence of the stator-rotor movement on the inner hole cavitation of the rotary cavitator,the parameters were determined as stator-rotor clearanceδand rotor rotational speed n through model simplification.By establishing the geometric modeling,the gapδand rotor inner hole fluid domain model was completed,and the mesh independence verification was carried out,and the inner hole transient cavitation model was given.The transient changes of gas contour under different gapδwere simulated by using gas volume fraction as the cavitation characterization standard,and the influence of gapδon inner hole cavitation was obtained:the smaller the gapδ,the larger the gas volume fraction,and the 10 mm gap was better than 15 mm and 20 mm.The influence of rotational speed n on gas volume fraction was obtained by numerical simulation:the larger the speed n,the larger the gas volume fraction,and the 3000 r/min was better than 2500 r/min and 2000 r/min.In the experiment,according to the frequency conversion speed regulation,the influence of speed n on the conductivity of pure aqueous solution was obtained:the speed n increased,the conductivity of the pure aqueous solution increased,and 9000 r/min was better than 3000 r/min.The reference for the optimization of structural parameters and practical application of inner hole rotary cavitator are provided.
