摘　　要：采用SWOT分析法探索医院手术室护理信息化建设持续发展策略,明确三级医院手术室当前信息化建设发展的优势和劣势因素,以及持续发展过程所带来的机会和威胁等,根据SWOT分析矩阵形成持续发展的具体策略。三级医院建设发展应以持续创新理念为指导,提升手术室护理服务质量,注重多学科之间团队协作,通过有效数据资料提取分析,以提升手术运营效率和患者安全为重点,实现信息化建设高质量发展。This study employs the SWOT analysis method to explore the sustainable development strategies for the informatization construction of operating room nursing in hospitals.It identifies the strengths and weaknesses of current informatization development in the operating rooms of tertiary hospitals,as well as the opportunities and threats brought about by the continuous development process.Based on the SWOT analysis matrix,specific strategies for sustainable development are formulated.The construction and development of tertiary hospitals should be guided by the concept of continuous innovation,aiming to enhance the quality of operating room nursing services,focusing on interdisciplinary team collaboration,and extracting and analyzing effective data to improve surgical operation efficiency and patient safety,thereby achieving high-quality development in informatization construction.
