摘  要:Manned deep-space exploration and colonization on extraterrestrial bodies,such as the Moon and Mars,are great dreams of mankind.However,as these activities are far from the surface environment of home planet Earth,challenges faced to astronauts have been identified,including harmful radiation,isolation and confine-ment,distance from home,microgravity.
