摘　　要：目的了解2017—2023年北京市房山区急性胃肠炎疫情流行特征,指导抗击疫情,为制定针对性措施提供科学依据。方法收集2017年至2023年北京市房山区发生和报告的急性胃肠炎聚集性疫情和暴发疫情的现场调查数据和实验室检测结果,采用描述性流行病学分析方法对疫情的三间分布和实验室检测情况进行分析。结果2017—2023年房山区共报告71起急性胃肠炎疫情,以人际传播为主,学校和托幼机构为主要疫情场所,GII组诺如病毒为主要病原体。结论学校和托幼机构等脆弱人群集中场所为重点防控单位,流行季前应加强宣传、培训和督导,强化日常传染病防控措施。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of acute gastroenteritis epidemic in Fangshan district,Beijing,from 2017 to 2023,so as to guide the fight against the epidemics and provide scientific basis for the development of targeted measures.Methods Field investigation data and laboratory test results of acute gastroenteritis clusters and outbreaks occurred and reported in Fangshan district,Beijing from 2017 to 2023 were collected,and descriptive epidemiological analyses were used to analyze the spartial-temperal distribution of the outbreaks and laboratory test results.Results A total of 71 epidemics of acute gastroenteritis were reported in Fangshan district from 2017 to 2023.The primary transmission route was human-to-human transmission.The epidemics occurred mainly in schools and kindergartens.The dominant pathogen was GII norovirus.Conclusions Schools,kindergartens and other places with large number of vulnerable people should be the key points for prevention and control.Publicity,training and supervision should be strengthened before the epidemic season to enhance routine infectious disease prevention and control measures.
