摘 要:随着全球人口增长和气候变化对农业生产的影响日益凸显,转基因技术在玉米育种中的应用成为提高产量、改善品质和增强抗逆性的重要手段。本文概述了转基因技术的基本原理和主要方法,分析了其在农业中的应用现状,深入探讨了抗虫性、抗病性和耐除草剂等转基因玉米的培育进展,指出了转基因技术在玉米育种中面临的挑战,并提出了提高转化效率、增强目标性状表达以及加强监管和风险评估的优化策略。With the increasing impact of global population growth and climate change on agricultural production,the application of transgenic technology in maize breeding has become an important means to increase yield,improve quality and enhance stress resistance.In this paper,the basic principles and main methods of transgenic technology are summarized,its application in agriculture is analyzed,and the breeding progress of transgenic maize such as insect resistance,disease resistance and herbicide resistance is deeply discussed,and the challenges faced by transgenic technology in maize breeding are pointed out.Optimization strategies for improving conversion efficiency,enhancing the expression of target traits,and strengthening supervision and risk assessment were proposed.
