摘  要:为了解决“双碳”背景下社区范围内产消者共享储能系统中可再生能源就地消纳及系统运行稳定性问题,提出了考虑源荷不确定的社区共享储能鲁棒优化策略。首先建立了包含多产消者的共享储能运行模式,为解决各主体的收益分配问题采用纳什谈判方法构造各运营主体的合作运行模型;考虑系统内可再生能源出力不确定性及负荷不确定性对调度方案的影响,加入两阶段鲁棒优化以提高系统运行稳定性。将合作模型等效为效益最大化问题以及电能交易支付谈判问题,选取算法对上述模型进行求解。通过算例验证了所提方法的有效性,研究结果可为系统运行策略制定提供依据。In order to solve the problems of on-site consumption of renewable energy and system operation stability in the shared energy storage system of prosumers and consumers in the community under the background of“dual carbon”,a robust optimization strategy of community shared energy storage considering uncertain source and load is proposed.In order to solve the problem of revenue distribution of each entity,the Nash negotiation method is used to construct the cooperative operation model of each operating entity,considering the impact of renewable energy output uncertainty and load uncertainty on the scheduling scheme in the system,and adding two-stage robust optimization to improve the stability of system operation.The cooperation model is equivalent to the benefit maximization problem and the power trading payment negotiation problem,and the algorithm is selected to solve the above model.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by example,and the research results can provide a basis for the formulation of system operation strategy.
