改性聚脲涂料的制备及其在发泡聚丙烯中的应用

摘  要:以氨化的聚丙烯(PP)(PP-g-NH_(2))为改性剂和交联剂,采用预聚体法将2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)引入聚脲(PUA)分子链中制备了改性水性PUA(WPUA)乳液,以其制备了WPUA涂膜和以发泡PP(EPP)为基材的WPUA涂层。采用FTIR、SEM对样品进行了表征,考察了PP-g-NH_(2)含量(以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚醚胺D2000、DMPA、二月桂酸二丁基锡、1,12-十二烷二胺、PP-g-NH_(2)、三乙胺总质量计,下同)对WPUA乳液和涂膜性能的影响,并评价了WPUA涂膜在EPP上的应用性能。结果表明,当PP-g-NH_(2)含量为1.5%时,制备的1.5%-WPUA涂膜性能最佳,吸水率(14.52%)和水接触角(86.59°)均优于EPP;拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为30.62 MPa和233.7%;热分解温度比未经PP-g-NH_(2)改性的WPUA涂膜提高了约20℃;1.5%-WPUA涂层对EPP的附着力达到0.89 MPa,比未经PP-g-NH_(2)改性的WPUA涂层提升了65%。Modified waterborne polyurea(WPUA)emulsions were prepared by prepolymer method of introducing 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid(DMPA)into polyurea(PUA)molecular chain using ammoniated polypropylene(PP-g-NH_(2))as modifier and crosslinker,based on which the WPUA films and the WPUA coatings with expanded polypropylene(EPP)as substrate were further synthesized.The samples obtained were characterized by FTIR and SEM.The effects of PP-g-NH_(2)content(based on the total mass of isophorone diisocyanate,polyether amine D2000,DMPA,dibutyltin dilaurate,1,12-dodecane diamine,PP-g-NH_(2)and triethylamine,the same below)on the properties of WPUA emulsion and film were analyzed,while the application performance of WPUA films on EPP were evaluated.The results showed that when PP-g-NH_(2)content was 1.5%,the prepared 1.5%-WPUA film exhibited the best properties.The 1.5%-WPUA film displayed a water absorption rate of 14.52%and water contact angle of 86.59°,much better than those of EPP,a tensile strength and elongation at break of 30.62 MPa and 233.7%,respectively,and a thermal decomposition temperature which was about 20℃higher than that of WPUA film without PP-g-NH_(2)modification.The adhesion of 1.5%-WPUA coating to EPP reached 0.89 MPa,65%higher than that of WPUA coating without PP-g-NH_(2)modification.
