折流溶气气浮工艺在制药废水预处理中的应用

摘　　要：针对制药废水污染物浓度高、可生化性差、水质水量变化大等特点,采用折流溶气气浮工艺对制药废水进行预处理。文章对折流溶气气浮工艺特点和设计要点进行了介绍,并通过工程实例加以验证。结果表明,该工艺对制药废水水中的SS和油有良好的处理效果,并且能同时去除一部分COD与BOD。In view of the high concentration of pollutants,poor biodegradability,and large changes in water quality and quantity in pharmaceutical wastewater,the folded flow dissolved air flotation process is adopted for pretreatment of pharmaceutical wastewater.This paper introduces the process characteristics and design points of this technology,and verifies it through engineering examples.The results show that the process used for the pretreatment of pharmaceutical wastewater,has good treatment effect on SS and oil in raw water,and can remove part of COD and BOD at the same time.
