摘 要:汉江原水预处理工程是孝感城区供水的重要组成部分。经过多年的运行使用,项目取水口河道演变、来水水质变化,使得原设计排砂系统无法与之相适应。为保障城市供水安全以及供水保证率,通过对排砂系统运行过程中存在问题的分析,提出了一系列的设计优化及技术改造措施。实施改造后,排砂系统运行稳定,能够较好的应对取水泥砂负荷变化的冲击,满足设计要求。The Han River raw water pretreatment project is an important component of the water supply in Xiaogan urban area.After years of operation and use,the evolution of the water intake channel and changes in the incoming water quality of the project have made it difficult for the original design sand discharge system to adapt to it.To ensure the safety and guarantee rate of urban water supply,this project proposes a series of design optimization and technical transformation measures to address the problems that exist during the operation of the sand discharge system.After the implementation of the transformation,the sand discharge system operates stably and can better cope with the impact of changes in cement sand load,meeting the design requirements.
