摘　　要：中国式现代化是一种全新的人类文明形态。中国式现代化的文明叙事是对中国式现代化蕴含内在逻辑和价值指向的文明表达,其话语构建对于延续中华文明根基、增强文化自信,打破西方现代化文明叙事的话语霸权,维护世界现代化文明多样性、树立积极正面的国际形象等具有重要意义。其话语内涵体现在和谐发展的核心内涵,共创美好生活的价值取向,守正创新的进取精神,国家性与人民性统一的家国情怀,对世界文明兼收并蓄的开放胸怀,天下大同、协和万邦的价值愿景。其话语构建要遵循以“两个结合”为抓手阐释中国式现代化文明叙事的魂脉和根脉、以坚定的文化自信为基础阐释中国式现代化文明叙事话语、以问题为导向创新中国式现代化文明叙事话语、融合人类文明新形态等多方面阐释中国式现代化文明叙事话语、在中国式现代化文明叙事的话语构建中重视全球视野与本土关怀的平衡等原则。其话语构建要从明确叙事逻辑,增强文明话语体系的逻辑力、夯实话语基础,增强文明叙事话语的说服力、利用媒介融合,提升文明叙事话语的国际传播效力、深化文明交流互鉴,提升文明话语体系的世界影响力等路径综合施策。Chinese modernization is a new form of human civilization.The narrative discourse of civilization of Chinese modernization is the expression of civilization containing the inherent logic and value orientation of Chinese modernization.Its discourse construction is of great significance for continuing the foundation of Chinese civilization,enhancing cultural self-confidence,breaking the discourse hegemony of Western narrative of modern civilization,maintaining the diversity of world modern civilization,and building a positive international image.The connotation of its discourse is reflected in the core connotation of harmonious development,the value orientation of creating a better life,the enterprising spirit of upholding fundamental principles and keeping the innovation,the feelings of the national and people’s unity,the open mind of absorbing the world civilization,and the value vision of the world and harmony.Its discourse construction should follow the“two combination”as the starting point to explain the soul and root of the narrative of Chinese modern civilization,on the basis of firm cultural confidence to explain the narrative discourse of Chinese modern civilization,problem-oriented innovation of Chinese modern civilization narrative discourse,integration of new forms of human civilization and other issues to explain the narrative discourse of Chinese modern civilization.The principle of balance between global vision and local concern is emphasized in the discourse construction of civilization narration.Finally,its discourse construction should be from clear narrative logic,enhance the logic of civilized discourse system;Consolidate the discourse foundation and enhance the persuasive power of civilized narrative discourse;The use of media fusion to enhance the international communication effectiveness of civilized narrative discourse;Comprehensive measures will be taken to deepen exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations and enhance the global influence of civilized discourse systems.
