摘 要:基于大跨空间结构“围护+结构”合二为一的设计理念,提出张拉金属薄板空间结构体系。金属薄板具有强度高、面内刚度大的特点,但其面外刚度较弱,对于大跨空间结构,在面外荷载作用下金属薄板变形控制难度大。因此,通过对金属薄板施加面内预应力提高其面外刚度,同时将索结构与预应力金属薄板结构相结合,构成新的张拉金属薄板空间结构体系,实现围护与结构在大跨空间结构设计上的统一;进行了平面尺寸为6m×4.5m的张弦金属薄板空间结构的模型试验,研究了该结构金属薄板间的连接、预应力施加、结构成形过程、静力加载特性等,并将试验结果与数值模拟结果进行了对比,最后对采用新结构体系的工程实例进行了数值分析。结果表明:张弦金属薄板空间结构体系在成形后具有良好的力学性能,能够充分发挥围护与结构相统一的优点,在各类大跨度料场封闭工程中具有广泛的应用前景。Based on the design concept of enclosure&structure of large-span spatial structure,the“tension string sheet metal spatial structure”system was proposed.Sheet metal has the characteristics of high strength and large in-plane stiffness,but its out-plane stiffness is weak.For large-span spatial structures,it is difficult to control the deformation of sheet metal under out-plane loads.Therefore,the in-plane prestress was applied to improve the out-plane stiffness of sheet metal.At the same time,the cable structure was combined with the prestressed metal sheet to form the new tension metal sheet spatial structure system,so as to realize the unity of enclosure and structure in the design of large-span spatial structure.The model test of tension string sheet metal spatial structure with the size of 6m×4.5m in plane was carried out.The connection of metal sheets,prestressing,structural forming process and static loading characteristics of the structure were studied,and the test results were compared with the numerical simulation results.Finally,the numerical analysis of an engineering example using the new structural system was carried out.The results show that the tension string metal sheet spatial structure system has good mechanical properties after forming,and can give full play to the advantage of the unity of enclosure and structure.It has a wide application prospect in various large-span stockyard closure projects.
