摘  要:基于圆钢管UHPC短柱偏压的试验研究,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立了圆钢管UHPC偏压短柱的有限元模型,并进行数值分析。通过对比试验与有限元模拟的荷载-位移曲线和破坏形态,验证了有限元模型的适用性。基于此进一步研究了偏心率、钢管径厚比、钢材强度和UHPC强度对试件荷载-位移曲线的影响。结果表明:偏心柱的跨中截面区挠度明显,构件出现典型的压弯破坏模式;偏心柱的承载力与偏心率和径厚比成非线性下降关系;UHPC强度或钢材强度的提高可以有效增强偏心柱的承载能力。其中偏心率对钢管UHPC偏压构件力学性能影响最为显著。最后基于叠加原理,结合试验结果计算得出UHPC的等效强度系数α和等效受压区高度系数β,建立了圆钢管UHPC短柱偏压承载力的计算公式。Based on the experimental study of eccentric compression of circular steel tube UHPC short column,a finite element model of the eccentric compression circular steel tube UHPC short columns was established using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,and numerical analysis was carried out.The applicability of the finite element model was verified by comparing the load-displacement curves and failure modes of the experiment and finite element simulation.Based on this,the effects of eccentricity,steel tube diameter-thickness ratio,steel strength and UHPC strength on the loaddisplacement curve of the specimen were further studied.The results show that the deflection formation in the mid span section area of the eccentric compression column is significant,and the component exhibits a typical compression bending failure mode.The bearing capacity of eccentric compression columns shows a nonlinear decreasing relationship with eccentricity ratio and diameter to thickness ratio.The improvement of UHPC strength or steel strength can effectively enhance the bearing capacity of eccentric compression columns.The eccentricity ratio has the most significant impact on the mechanical properties of steel tube UHPC eccentric compression components.Finally,based on the superposition principle and combined with experimental results,the equivalent strength coefficient α and equivalent compression zone height coefficient β of UHPC were calculated,and a calculation formula for the eccentric compression bearing capacity of circular steel tube UHPC short column was established.
