摘 要:为研究Ⅲ类灌浆料与C30混凝土混合制成的混合料的力学性能和强度检测,对不同灌浆料掺和比的18块标准棱柱体试块进行轴心抗压强度试验和弹性模量试验,考虑灌浆料掺入比例、龄期和养护方式等因素制备成3个剪力墙,选用回弹-钻芯法对墙体进行回弹检测,并钻取108个芯样进行抗压强度检测,将墙体回弹数值代入泵送混凝土全国统一测强曲线验算适用性,建立其专用测强曲线。制备216块混合料标准立方体试块,对其进行抗压强度试验和碳化深度测试,并根据强度和龄期的发展规律拟合得出龄期强度计算公式,建立了混合料立方体抗压强度和轴心抗压强度换算公式。结果表明,混合料试块的弹性模量相较于同等强度的混凝土偏低;混合料抗压强度随着龄期的增长和灌浆料掺和比的增加而提高,混合料的抗压强度增长曲线形态同混凝土强度增长曲线相似。In order to study the mechanical property and strength test of the mixture made of classⅢgrouting material and C30 concrete,the axial compressive strength test and elastic modulus test were carried out on 18 standard prism specimens with different grouting material mixing ratio.Considering the effect of mixing proportion,age and curing mode of grouting material,three shear walls were prepared to rebound the wall by rebound-core drilling method,and 108 core samples were drilled for compressive strength test.The wall rebound value was substituted into the national unified strength measurement curve of pumped concrete to check the applicability and its special strength measurement curve was established.216 standard cubes of mixture were prepared and tested for compressive strength and carbonation depth.According to the development law of strength and age,the calculation formula of age strength was fitted,and the conversion formula of cube compressive strength and axial compressive strength of mixture was established.The results show that the elastic modulus of the mixture is lower than the concrete with the same strength.The compressive strength of the mixture enhences with the increase of age and the mixing ratio of grouting materials.The growth curve shape of the compressive strength of the mixture is similar to the concrete.
