明挖与盖挖施工对地铁车站主体结构内力的影响

摘  要:本文依托宁波地铁5号线布政站地铁基坑,通过现场实测和数值模拟研究了不同施工工况下地铁车站内力的变化情况,其结果如下:底板、中板、顶板的端头、跨中应力都随着施工的进行不断增大,且跨中应力大于端头应力;在基坑开挖阶段,地连墙的弯矩随基坑的开挖不断增大,且最大值位置不断下移;在主体结构浇筑阶段,地连墙的弯矩变化不大,但最大值位置逐渐上移;主体结构纵向应力最大值均集中于中板处,且在整个施工过程均小于混凝土抗拉、抗压强度标准值,符合要求;主体结构的弯矩在跨中中柱位置弯矩陡然剧增,呈现出“W”型分布。与盖挖法进行对比,明挖法在控制地连墙和主体结构内力方面均要更优,但盖挖法在控制周边环境变形方面优于明挖法。在施工中应结合实际的工程环境和工期等因素综合决定采用合适的施工方案。Based on the foundation pit of Buzheng Station of Ningbo Metro Line 5,the internal force changes of subway stations under different construction conditions are studied through field measurement and numerical simulation.The results are as follows:the stress of bottom plate,middle plate,roof end and mid-span is increasing with the progress of construction,and the mid-span stress is greater than the end-span stress;In the foundation pit excavation stage,the bending moment of the ground connecting wall increases continuously with the excavation of the foundation pit,and the maximum position moves downward continuously.In the main structure pouring stage,the bending moment of the ground connecting wall changes little,but the maximum position moves up gradually.The maximum longitudinal stress of the main structure is concentrated in the middle plate,and it is less than the standard tensile and compressive strength of concrete during the whole construction process,which meets the requirements.The bending moment of the main structure increases sharply in the mid-span and mid-column position,showing a"W"-shaped distribution.Compared with the cover excavation method,the open excavation method is better in controlling the internal force of ground connecting wall and main structure,but the cover excavation method is better than the open excavation method in controlling the deformation of the surrounding environment.In the construction,we should combine the actual engineering environment and time limit and other factors to decide the appropriate construction scheme.
