人口老龄化对漳州经济高质量增长影响的实证分析

摘　　要：漳州市人口老龄化程度高于福建省平均水平,人口老龄化问题对经济社会各方面产生深远影响。基于2011—2022年漳州市四区七县共11个区域的面板数据,利用索罗模型,实证分析人口老龄化对漳州经济高质量发展的影响。研究结果表明:漳州市11个区县人口老龄化对区域经济增长都产生显著的负向影响。基于此,提出发展壮大银发产业、用好生育政策、创造条件让年轻人“留”下来、老年人力资源二次开发、完善养老体系等有效措施应对人口老龄化问题,推动漳州经济高质量发展。The degree of population aging in Zhangzhou is higher than the average level in Fujian Province,significantly impacting various aspects of the economy and society.This study employs panel data from 11areas across four districts and seven counties in Zhangzhou from 2011 to 2022 to empirically analyze the effects of population aging on high-quality economic development using the Solow model.The findings indicate that the aging population in these districts and counties has a significant negative effect on regional economic growth,with the long-term negative impact being less severe than the short-term impact.To address the challenges posed by population aging and promote high-quality economic development in Zhangzhou,the study proposes effective measures such as developing and strengthening the silver industry,optimizing fertility policies,creating conditions for retaining young people,facilitating the secondary development of elderly human resources,and enhancing the elderly care system.
