摘　　要：针对电源设备清理工作存在人工巡检且清理周期不合理的情况,开发、设计一种电源设备清理智能提醒装置,通过同时监测温度、用电设备功率、风机转速等变化,设计硬件电路,开发相关程序,用Proteus和Keil软件进行软硬件联合测试,根据设备运行情况智能提醒是否需要清理系统,并可实现远程监控。研究结果表明:该装置在风道堵塞或内部积灰时能及时告知用户适时清理,减少故障,能有效增强电源设备的稳定性,延长使用寿命,保障后端设备安全、高效地运行,降低维护成本。In response to the challenges of manual inspection and inefficient cleaning cycles in power equipment maintenance,a new intelligent reminder device for power equipment cleaning has been developed.This device simultaneously monitors changes in temperature,power consumption,fan speed,and other parameters.The hardware circuit was designed,and relevant software programs were created.Using Proteus and Keil software for integrated hardware and software testing,the device intelligently notifies users when system cleaning is required based on the equipment's operational status and allows for remote monitoring.Research results indicate that this device can promptly alert users to clean at the appropriate time when air ducts are blocked or internal dust accumulation occurs,thereby reducing failures.It effectively enhances the stability of power equipment,extends its service life,ensures the safe and efficient operation of backend systems,and lowers maintenance costs.
