摘  要:为探明湿喷混凝土的密实特性,选用29种湿喷混凝土为研究对象,制备喷射大板切割立方体试件、振动成型立方体试件、喷射大板试件、振动成型大板试件和单股混凝土射流黏附试件,开展表观密度、硬化气孔参数和超声波速测试,考察2种含气量(2%~3%,5%~7%)水平湿喷混凝土密实状况,探究射流黏附混凝土密实度分布特性。结果表明,含气量2%~3%湿喷混凝土密实度总体不如振动成型混凝土,最大降幅42%;含气量5%~7%湿喷混凝土密实度高于振动成型混凝土;射流黏附混凝土密实度随径向弥散距离增加而减小,衰减规律符合玻尔兹曼分布,附着截面边缘区域混凝土密实度比喷嘴轴线正对区域低5%;含气量2%~3%混凝土喷射成型密实度能否超过振动成型取决于成型位置偏离喷嘴轴线的距离。To verify the compactness characteristics of wet-mix shotcrete,29wet-mix shotcretes were selected as the research object,specimens were made including cubic specimens cutting from shotcrete slabs,cubic specimens from vibration,shotcrete slab,slab from vibration and concrete spray adhesion slab.The apparent density,hardening porosity parameters and ultrasonic velocity were tested.The compactness levels of wet-mix shotcretes with air contents of 2%to 3%and 5%to 7%were investigated.The compactness distribution characteristics of adhered concrete coming from spray adhesion was explored.The results showed that the compactness of wet-mix shotcrete with air content of 2%to 3%was lower than that of vibrating compaction concrete,whose maximum decrease was 4.2%.The wet-mix shotcrete with air content of 5%to 7%was higher than that of vibrating compaction concrete.The compactness of adhered concrete coming from spray adhesion decreased with the increase of radial distance.The attenuation law of compactness respecting to radial distance conformed to Boltzmann distribution.The compactness of the edge area of the attachment section was 5%lower than that of the axis area of the attachment section.For the shotcrete with air content of 2%to 3%,whether the compactness of spray molding could exceed that of vibration molding depended on the distance between the specimen position and the nozzle axis.
