摘 要:考察粉煤灰、普通矿粉、超细矿粉、硅灰、纳米SiO2等微-纳米尺度活性掺合料对混凝土密实度的改善效果,总结膨胀剂挤压致密效应的阈值特征,量化高掺量硅灰的致密性能,提出微-纳米尺度掺合料的“粗略填充”和“精细填充”两阶段填充特征,阐明了两阶段的主要影响因素和发生条件。以云南宜昭高速公路柳溪隧道为依托工程,采用现场原材料制备了C50高致密补偿收缩湿喷混凝土,56d电通量549C,渗透孔隙率103%,达到了常规浇筑高性能混凝土的密实度水平。在该高速公路隧道主体洞段实施50延米湿喷混凝土永久性支护,取代了复合衬砌。The compactness improvement of which by micro-nano scale admixtures such as fly ash,ordinary mineral powder,ultrafine mineral powder,silica fume,and nano SiO2 was investigated based on properties of crack resistance.The characteristics of threshold to compacting of expansion agents were discovered.The densification performance of high volume silica fume was quantified.The two-stage filling characteristics of‘rough filling’and‘fine filling’for micro-nano scale admixtures were proposed,whose main influencing factors and occurrence conditions were clarified.Relying on Liuxi Tunnel of Yizhao Expressway in Yunnan Province,C50high density shrinkage-compensating wet-mix shotcrete was made with in-site raw materials.Its 56-days electric flux was 549C,and the permeable porosity was 10.3%,basically equaling to the compactness level of normal high-performance concrete.A 50-meters long tunnel was constructed using wet-mix shotcrete for permanent support,replacing composite lining.It was located the main line of the tunnel.
