摘 要:混凝土背水面防水是渗漏维修技术发展面临的关键问题。随着时间的流逝,地下工程传统的防水外涂层或卷材会随着土壤水分子的侵蚀而慢慢失去原有效果,导致建筑出现渗漏损伤现象。针对此类问题,传统迎水面施工难度较大,而在背水面进行渗漏修缮是有效的解决方式。通过介绍背水面维修技术的研究现状与发展趋势及传统背水面渗漏维修材料的优缺点,引出自研的新型背水面渗漏维修技术。该技术采用了低黏度无收缩丙烯酸盐注浆液、新型渗透结晶防水浆料及高分子抗碱纤维布等材料,使用背水面刚柔结合渗漏修复施工工艺,形成深层置换空间、中层填充裂缝、表层密封加固三位一体的背水面长效渗漏修复技术,以达到无须破坏建筑物主体结构、施工便捷、省时省力、成本低、对现场影响较小的渗漏维修效果以及良好、持久的防水效果。结合工程案例重点讨论了材料选择、施工工艺和系统技术等方面的内容,总结了该技术在防水维修工程领域中的关键地位和发展前景。Concrete backwater waterproofing is a key issue facing the development of leakage repair technology.With the passage of time,the traditional waterproofing outer coating or membrane of underground engineering will slowly lose its original effect with the erosion of soil moisture sub,resulting in the phenomenon of leakage damage to the building.For such problems,the traditional waterfront construction is difficult,and leakage repair in the backwater is an effective way to solve the problem.This paper introduces the research status and development trend of backwater repair technology,and the advantages and disadvantages of traditional backwater leakage repair materials,and introduces a new self-research backwater leakage repair technology.The technology adopts low viscosity non-shrink acrylate slurry,new type of waterproofing slurry and polymer anti-alkali fiber cloth and other materials,using the back surface of the rigid-flexible combination of leakage repair construction process,forming a deep replacement space,middle layer filling cracks,surface sealing reinforcement of the trinity of the back surface of the long-lasting leakage repair technology,in order to achieve the need for destruction of the main structure of the building,construction is convenient,time and effort-saving,low cost,and less impact on the site of leakage repair.The leakage repair effect without destroying the main structure of the building,convenient construction,labor-saving,low cost,low impact on the site and good,long-lasting waterproofing effect.Subsequently,it focuses on material selection,construction technology and system technology with engineering cases.Finally,it summarizes and looks forward to the key position and development prospect of this technology in the field of waterproof repair engineering.
