摘 要:我国砖砌体结构分布范围广、建设年代久远,且仍在继续使用,但因其材料特性、结构组成与施工等因素导致房屋抗震性能较差。因此,为满足国家对防震减灾的重大需求,对这类房屋进行抗震加固已成为当前建设工作的重点之一。随着新材料、新技术、新工艺的发展,新型面层加固技术被应用到工程建设中,为推进面层加固技术的发展,通过对既有砖砌体房屋抗震性能及加固研究成果进行归纳、总结和评析,指出在理论、试验及工程应用等方面的不足。The brick masonry structure in China has a wide distribution range,a long history of construction,and is still in use.However,due to its material characteristics,structural composition,and construction factors,the seismic performance of buildings is poor.Therefore,in order to meet the significant needs of the country for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction,seismic reinforcement of such houses has become one of the key focuses of current construction work.In recent years,with the development of new materials,new technologies,and new processes,various new surface reinforcement technologies have been applied to engineering construction.To promote the development of surface reinforcement technology,the shortcomings in theory,experimentation,and engineering applications have been pointed out by summarizing and evaluating the seismic performance and reinforcement research results of existing brick masonry buildings.
