考虑焊接影响的既有钢框架结构抽柱改造施工过程模拟与监测

摘  要:为研究焊接对抽柱改造施工过程的热影响以及残余应力分布规律,以某钢框架结构为研究对象,分别建立2种施工过程分析模型,即单榀框架有限元模型和考虑焊接影响的有限元精细化模型。系统探讨抽柱过程关键构件在各施工阶段的应力变化规律,并研究焊接残余应力的影响,进一步将2种模型计算结果与现场监测数据进行对比。结果表明,考虑焊接影响的模型模拟结果与实测数据相比最为准确;抽柱改造各施工阶段的应力变化幅度不大,最大变化量为284MPa,反映结构具有较高的安全储备。沿构件板厚方向上的应力存在梯度,从而产生厚度方向上不均匀的轴向变形,最终引起板件局部翘起。In order to study the thermal influence of welding on the construction process of column extraction and renovation and the distribution law of residual stress,a steel frame structure is taken as the research object,and two kinds of construction process analysis models are established,i.e.,the finite element model of single-bay frame and the finite element refinement model considering the influence of welding.The stress variation rule of key members in each construction stage of the column extraction process was systematically discussed,and the influence of welding residual stress was investigated.The calculation results of the two models are further compared with the on-site monitoring data,and the results show that the simulation results of the model considering the welding influence are most accurate compared with the measured data.The stress change amplitude of each construction stage of the column pumping reconstruction is not large,and the maximum change is 28.4MPa,reflecting that the structure has a high safety reserve.There is a gradient in the stress along the plate thickness direction of the member,which produces uneven axial deformation in the thickness direction and eventually causes local buckling of the plate.
