华东六省一市放射治疗医疗服务分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析华东六省一市放射治疗医疗服务项目设置、计价单位与价格,为华东地区放射治疗项目设置和价格协同发展提供参考。方法通过检索2023-05-31前各地区政府官方网站发布的最新医疗服务价格项目规范,分析放射治疗项目名称和计价单位等数据。结果华东六省一市放射治疗医疗服务计价项目数量和计价单位种类存在一定差异,尤其是分解项目较多的外照射治疗;从计价项目数量来看,福建省最多(90项),从计价单位种类来看,江苏省计价单位种类最多(8种),华东六省一市项目名称一致的项目有22项,项目名称和计价单位均一致的项目仅5项;华东六省一市总体医疗服务价格均值为放射治疗价格均值的0.92倍;放射治疗医疗服务中华东六省一市项目名称一致的项目价格比较(P=0.176)、项目名称与计价单位均一致的项目价格比较(P=0.912),差异无统计学意义;项目名称和计价单位均一致的可比项目价格存在差异,以江苏省为基准,其他地区Jevons指数均<1.00。结论华东六省一市放射治疗医疗服务项目设置、计价单位存在较大差异,整体价格差别不大,除江苏浙江两省,其他地区放射治疗医疗服务项目价格整体偏低。Objective To provide reference for the coordinated development of radiotherapy project setting and price in East China by studying and analyzing the setting, pricing unit and price of radiotherapy medical services in six provinces and one city in East China.Methods By searching the latest medical service price item specifications published on the official websites of all regional governments before 2023-05-31,the data such as the name of radiotherapy project and the pricing unit were analyzed.Results There were certain differences in the number of pricing items and types of pricing units of radiotherapy medical services in six provinces and one city in East China, especially external beam radiation therapy with more decomposition items.In terms of the number of pricing projects, Fujian Province had the most(90 items),from the perspective of the types of pricing units, Jiangsu Province had the most types of pricing units(8 types),there were 22 projects with the same project names in six provinces and one city in East China, and only 5 projects with the same project names and pricing units;The average price of the overall medical service in the six provinces and one city in East China was 0.92 times of the average price of radiotherapy, and the price comparison of the same project name(P=0.176) and the price of the project name and the pricing unit of the six provinces and one city in East China(P=0.912),and the Jevons index of the other regions was <1.00 based on Jiangsu Province.Conclusions There are significant differences in the setting and pricing units of radiation therapy medical service projects in six provinces and one city in East China, and the overall price difference is not significant.Except for Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces, the overall price of radiation therapy medical service projects in other regions is relatively low.
