摘　　要：农产品碳标签作为碳标签体系在农产品领域的专项实践,已逐渐演变为农产品领域至关重要的碳信息披露工具。当前,市场上具备“碳标签”标识的农产品数量相对较少,张掖市积极推进农产品碳标签工作,通过全生命周期碳足迹评估,不仅能够量化特色农产品的碳排放,促进生产过程的优化,还能通过碳标签体系引导绿色消费,为农业绿色转型提供强有力的政策支持和市场推动。Carbon labeling of agricultural products,as a special practice of carbon labeling system in the field of agricultural products,has gradually evolved into a crucial carbon information disclosure tool in the field of agricultural products.Currently,the number of agricultural products on the market with“carbon label”marking is relatively small.Zhangye city actively promotes carbon labeling of agricultural products,and through the whole life cycle carbon footprint assessment,not only can quantify the carbon emissions of characteristic agricultural products and promote the optimization of the production process,but also guide the green consumption through the carbon labeling system to provide strong policy support and market impetus for the green transformation of agriculture.
