摘  要:为预防大型结构吊装施工协同工作风险事故,首先从人员、机械、技术、环境、管理5个方面出发,识别出大型结构吊装协同工作风险因素,并建立风险分析指标体系;其次通过问卷调查收集数据,同时采用结构方程模型(SEM)对这些风险因素进行验证性因素分析(CFA);最后基于模型分析得到大型结构吊装协同工作关键风险因素,以此制定出针对性的应对措施及建议,以期提高大型结构吊装协同工作风险管理的水平。To prevent accidents associated with collaborative work risks in large-structure hoisting projects,this paper first identifies risk factors in five areas—personnel,machinery,technology,environment,and management,and establishes a risk analysis indicator system.Data were collected through a questionnaire survey,and the risk factors were analyzed using a Structural Equation Model(SEM)for confirmatory factor analysis(CFA).Finally,key risk factors in collaborative work for large-structure hoisting were identified based on model analysis,providing targeted countermeasures and recommendations aimed at enhancing the level of risk management in collaborative hoisting operations for large structures.
