摘  要:某公司K-300透平调速阀60Si2CrVA弹簧运行过程中发生断裂失效,为查明失效原因,笔者通过宏观检查、金相检验、化学成分分析、硬度测定、EDS成分分析、断口形貌分析等方法对断裂失效弹簧进行失效分析。结果表明:弹簧使用过程中由于介质腐蚀导致其表面产生的腐蚀坑缺口,在循环应力作用下在腐蚀坑缺口部位产生微裂纹,形成裂纹源,当裂纹扩展到一定尺寸后发生脆性断裂。为预防此类事故再次发生,笔者根据失效原因在文末从原材料控制和使用检测两方面给出相应预防措施和建议。A 60Si2CrVA spring in the K-300 turbine control valve of a certain company experienced fracture failure during operation.To determine the cause of failure,the author conducted a failure analysis on the fractured spring using methods including macroscopic inspection,metallographic examination,chemical composition analysis,hardness testing,EDS composition analysis,and fracture morphology analysis.The results indicate that corrosion pits formed on the spring surface due to media corrosion during use.Under cyclic stress,micro-cracks originated at the corrosion pit notches,serving as crack initiation sites,eventually leading to brittle fracture once the cracks reached a critical size.To prevent similar incidents,the author provides recommendations for preventive measures from both raw material control and usage inspection perspectives at the end of the paper.
