摘 要:废水零排放已逐步成为水资源可持续利用和工业企业绿色发展的必要举措。铁矿采选企业不同于一般工业企业,受地质和气候的影响,不同矿山疏排水量差异较大,部分矿山会产生超出企业消纳能力的矿井涌水和尾矿库溢流水,其不适宜与一般工业企业一样完全以有无废水外排作为零排放的判断依据。基于对湖北、安徽、新疆等地区铁矿采选企业用、排水情况的调研,总结分析了我国典型铁矿采选企业的用、排水情况及废水零排放现状水平,初步提出了铁矿采选企业废水零排放的评价思路及建设重点。Wastewater zero discharge has gradually become a crucial measure for sustainable water resource utilization and green development in industrial enterprises.Iron mining and processing enterprises differ from general industrial enterprises,as geological and climatic factors cause considerable variation in drainage volumes across different mines.Some mines produce inflow water and tailings overflow that exceed their absorption capacity,making it unsuitable to assess zero discharge solely by the presence or absence of wastewater discharge as is typical for general industries.Based on a survey of water usage and discharge in iron mining and processing enterprises in Hubei,Anhui,Xinjiang,and other regions,this paper summarizes and analyzes the water usage,discharge,and current levels of wastewater zero discharge in typical Chinese iron mining enterprises.It preliminarily proposes an evaluation approach and key focus areas for implementing wastewater zero discharge in these enterprises.
